Moqueca Infusions, inspired by a tasty Brazilian fish stew

The frenzy around World Cup 2014 won’t just be about football, it will be about everything from Brazil.

In anticipation of the consumer clamour for a taste of Brazil, Harbour Salmon Co. are launching a NEW variant of their popular Infusions – fresh salmon fillets infused with a delicious Brazilian Moqueca Marinade. The product will be listed in Co-op stores from 19th May – in good time for all the celebrations.

Brazilians have been making “Moqueca” – a flavoured fish stew traditional to their country - for at least 300 years and it is one of their best known dishes.

Tangy and creamy, this new flavour of Infusions will help people create a Brazilian theme in their own homes, while they settle down to watch the matches in Rio. Cooking in just 3 minutes in the microwave even the most culinary challenged of us can enjoy a healthy TV dinner without missing any of the match.
