Harbour Salmon Co. Cocktail Slice

The only thing better than a lazy Sunday morning, is lazy Sunday brunch. This is our favourite brunch recipe (it's our Sunday "house" special!). To make two decadent servings:

Whisk together 5 eggs, 60ml of milk and 25g of butter. Pour into a hot frying pan and cook over a moderate heat until the eggs begin to set. Add one 90g pack of Harbour Salmon Co. Posh Cuts, stir in and warm through.

Season with salt & pepper and serve immediately with hot buttered toast, freshly brewed coffee and Sunday papers.
