Harbour Salmon Co. Launches Salmon & Sauce (Sept 2013)

Harbour Salmon Co., has announced the launch of a NEW addition to their popular value added salmon range. The new range, called Salmon & Sauce, will launch this month in Co-op stores. The first variant to be listed from the range is Chilli, Lime & Ginger, which will retail at an introductory price of £4.00 per pack.

This launch comes on the back of strong volume and sales growth for Harbour Salmon Co., which was recently reported to be the fastest growing brand in the salmon category¹. A key factor in this success has been the strong performance of Infusions, which launched in January 2013.

The Salmon & Sauce launch seeks to further capitalise on the consumer need for quick and convenient ways to enjoy salmon. Each pack contains 2 fillets of salmon, which can be microwaved directly in the pack, together with a sachet of pour-over sauce.
